The Manufacturer guarantees this case directly, for a lifetime, against breakage or defects in workmanship. If it can not be repaired, it will be replaced. Any liability, either express or implied is limited to replacement of the product. This guarantee is void only if the case has been abused
beyond normal and sensible wear and tear.
